I have noticed that intelligence tests haven't been fair to women in the past. They probably fail to adequately measure the intelligence of other races and cultures.
Women are outperforming men academically....but test results still have men scoring higher. You can't help but think there may still be a cultural bias favoring white males.
I think the tests are flawed. Even the idea of measuring someones overall intelligence is flawed.
Maybe tests will get better but they will never be perfect.

i believe that psychologists, historians, social workers and researchers may be able to create a decent intelligence test, what they really need to do is hire 100 people from every single culture work on the test together and as it narrows down all the big people from each group will finalize the test and than pass it around to the 100 people again until off of those 100 people from every single culture approve the test again, hehe that would be a pain in the *** wouldn't it

Culture fair?
I don't know, I guess black scholars should make intelligence tests for black people, they will be 'black smart',
Chinese for Chinese people,
White for white people, and so forth.
I can say I have an IQ of 129. Someone will say is that Black IQ, Asian IQ or White IQ,
Based on our evolution, I wonder what you think the difference is and how each test would be manipulated according to basic race "intelligence".,

Most probably yes.
They always have bases before creating tests (for example, based on their records of results of earlier individual researches or tests).
