set up a trust... for that matter a BLIND trust allows u to get the lotttery win in secret because a representative gets it for u (a lawyer usually u hire to represent u).
Only a couple of states have a publish requirement.
Most u can use a trust to keep your identity secret.

don't put it on yahoo..?!? just kidding. in all seriousness, don't know where your from but i believe the state based lotteries have to release your name. don't know how many people check it out... don't spend a lot more than normal or it will look suspicious
