My wife stopped talking the pill 2 months ago and she is now late, we have been safe when we have sex but maybe not safe enough. She is about 2 weeks late, but I have heard that it takes some time for her cycle to get back to normal. Is there a general rule of thumb as to how long before her body gets back into her normal cycle. Or is this something that I should go and see an actual doctor for. Im kinda worried about it, because she has been really grumpy lately.

It takes like 3 to 4 months I am an OBGYN...To help you should drink lots of fluids when it comes to that time of the month and exersise plenty...It helps to refresh the body to get your period to normalize itself...If you want more info feel free to E-mail me!

I was normal after I went off it. I had a period a couple of days after I went off of it, but it has continued on every month since that one. She might be preggers, or it might just be messing with her. A pregnancy test would tell you NOW if she was!

some women take longer then others when i stopped my birth control pill i got pg the follow month
