I did volunteer work there, no one is actually suppose to know where it is for your own protection. I know they have a hot line # 410-889-7884. The House of Ruth is a place where you are assigned to by a judge or the Courts. . Here is a # for the Administration office, maybe they can help you 410-889-0840....with all sincerity...GOOD LUCK--------Hope this helps U...I know one thing you can't just walk up on the grounds where it is located. use these numbers I gave you, its a lot of buildings there and you will be stopped before you reached that building....there is one in Baltimore City
