Sadly no.
You won't see kids walking around in costumes or trick n treating.
UNLESS they are off to some party .

For adults, they are parties in especially clubs where everyone can be a freak there. Some clubs will organise a "theme" eg: Doctor & Nurse
So, check out their event listing.

Dont go off scaring people at the side walk with your ghost costume, they might just elbow you in the stomach (just kidding!)

particular Malaysians do rejoice Halloween, each 12 months golf equipment, pubs, even embassies ike British Council & even some church will throw events to rejoice it. usually it is a private social gathering yet open to public/invites with an quantity of value for social gathering especially for commercial & for exciting in basic terms. yet do no longer anticipate it to be like in US/uk, b'cs Malaysian won't supply loose goodies in center of the evening maybe broomsticks & pour water adalah LOL.
