Well, now this is just superstition but I always heard that to dream of a birth is the sign of a death, and to dream of a death is the sign of a birth. But like I said, it's just superstition.........

(After sex) It could be fear if you don't want to commit.
(Before sex) It could mean joy if you want to have family
(No sex) it could mean you like being around with babies, having one yourself is a way to help you fulfill your wish in dream
