mmmm, slow and gentle at first and then rough and fast.....oh no, wait, i'm thinking of something else.....lol

Different people at the salon have different techniques; one of the guys there does this very vigorous scrub to shampoo it, then he does an intense massage with the conditioner. Awesome.

it feels more like a scalp raping than anything else. but my hair looks good afterwards.
