Should we put a cap on the amount of children a couple should have like China does?

No. People should take the responsibility on THEMSELVES to curb the population growth. We do NOT need the government telling us how to reproduce.

no... But you may be on the right track the U.S. is the third largest population in the world after India(1billion). I think the problem comes from people just having kids just to collect welfare(not just blacks either). However, I do believe by limiting every U.S. family to one child will in fact encourage more children because it is human nature to do the opposite of what is told. Lastly, the One Child per family has been failed in China because people are just going to hide the children they have leaving more misplaced children on the street. In China, baby girl are being put in the trash. So.. In effect you are in the right place but that would only worsen the problem rather than helping.

When the Chinese did that people were outraged over here. Now you want to do the same thing? Man things have changed in this country and not for the better.

Not unless the US is forced to sustain itself as it has no way near enough resources to do so. As long as she can pillage other countries or at least sustain trade deals.
