You can't. It's a natural being for all humans. We aren't perfect, thus why we have emotions: feelings. Jealousy, though it can't be stopped all the time, can sometimes be prevented. Don't be jealous of your friends, think of what you have, not what they have, think of what might have been and then think about how lucky you really are. Work harder to achieve your goals. Work harder in school, be a better person. Try to think before you act/speak. Take time to think things through. For looks? Well, everyone is beautiful whether they know it or not. There's someone out there that will like you for you. Its you they chose, not your friend, but you. Be greatful for what you have.

Stop concentrating on everything they have that you don't and focus on what you like about yourself. If you fake being confident you'll get a taste of how it feels and it will eventually turn into real confidence. I know I sound like a self help book or something but seriously, if you can avoid being insecure with yourself, everything will follow. It took me a long time to get to that place but its definitely worth it.
Also, instead of being jealous, why not do what you can to get what they have. For example, if they have good grades, well, study more. If you're jealous of their looks than gve yourself a makeover.

try to be more confident in yourself. if you want better grades, study harder. there isn't much you can do about your looks, if you want to try a small amount of make up you can, but less is more and the more natural you look the prettier you will look. Don't worry about relationships. if someone comes along who is right for you, then go for it, but you have your whole life ahead of you do deal with that kind of mess.
The best thing to do is just be the best you, that you can be. Sounds crazy, but it's true. Don't look at the things they have that you don't. Be proud of what you have and work to make your life better for you

i don't have to stop being jealous cause i've never been jealous with my friends especially close friends cause i wasn't taught to do so and i don't have to be jealous with them instead share their happiness together. that's what is in a friendship. if my friends have good qualities in their life i believe i'll have mine too and i learn to count my own blessings in life. living with jealousy can bring a lot of ugly sides out in our lives and is never healthy in any friendship/ relationship or even in our own life as the matter of fact.

It is so not worth it. They may seem like they have everything going for them but trust me the grass isnt always greener on the other side of the fence. They probably have issues that you cant even imagine

By developing high self esteem. Not looking on the surface of things, by believing in yourself.

You may not ever know what it is but every body has "stuff"...even if you can't see it.

Maybe there are things about you that's she's jealous of.

Maybe you have better skin....better hair...a prettier smile...a better family life.

Nobody has a perfect life.

You cant. You just need to stop focusing on what they have and work on your self esteem. Accept yourself for who you are and be happy with that.

Stop hanging around them and stay to yourself. Obviously, the insecurity is not their fault it is yours.
