I am on birth control and used a condom when I had sex 9 days before I was supposed to get my period. I was supposed to get my period on Sunday, but from Saturday and still today, Tuesday, I have brown spotting, which is enough to need a panty liner. Am I pregnant?! What is wrong that I am not getting a regular period? Please please help

i doubt very much that you are pregnant but to give yourself peace of mind why not go get a pregnancy test at the drug store, will make you feel alot better, good luck dear!!

I found that being on birth control lightened my "period" to the point that _all_ I get is brown spotting. I only need pantyliners, no tampons or pads.
Even if you are taking your birth control correctly, there is still a tiny possiblility of getting pregnant. If you've vomited, or had diarrhea, or taken laxatives or antibiotics or grapefruit, then the chances are significantly higher.
If you are uncertain, see a doctor. Good on you for being sensible and using both condoms and birth control pills!

If you are on the pill AND a condom, then why would you think you are pregnant? The brown spotting may be your period. Sometimes that is what happens when you are on the pill.

If you're on the pill and using a condom and haven't skipped a day then congratulations, you're having the next savior. There is NO Way you're pregnant unless the condom had a gaping hole in it and your pill was defective...at the same time. you're just having a very light period. enjoy it! your cycle might just be changing. every time i come home for christmas brake my cycle adjusts to my sisters.

It happens with BC I have that all the time before I start especially if I skipped a period. If your that nervous you should buy a test or call you obgyn but stress can cause you to skip to so stop worring you"ll probley have a reg flow in the next couple days:)

do you know if you were ovulating just count 15 days from the 1st day of your last period (not the one with brown spotting) when you count 15 days that day and the two following days are your ovulating days the only time you can get pg are those days

birth control pills will often cause light periods. Unless you develop other symptoms of pregnancy, I really doubt you would be pregnant.
