Without more detail, any examples are pointless. There is a huge range in this sort of thing. If there has been a wrongful termination, a defendant might agree to reinstatement. Depending on the nature of the evidence, perhaps they would be willing to make some payment. Absent some kind of detail about what actually happened though, any guess as to what might be paid is pure speculation.

I don't know about harassment, but there was the case of the (I think it was) Pizza Hut worker who complained about discrimination because you couldn't have facial hair while working there. It is actually a (somewhat rare) African American trait for the facial pores to be very sensitive and it can be very painful to shave.

it somewhat is a rip-off, yet regrettably a superbly criminal one. Apple marketed songs for ninety 9 cents, then later offered songs for $a million.29 without DRM (digital rights administration, i.e. replica protection). some jerk (Johnson) theory this develop into fake merchandising so he sued. You and that i each and each get $3.25 in credit. this is the place the rip-off starts: Johnson's legal specialists get 2 million! As regularly occurring in those circumstances, the occasion being sued (Apple here) concluded it develop into extra low priced to settle than pay thousands and thousands extra in criminal expenditures to contest it.
