That's is a good question, because alot of women and young ladies ask this similar question. It's in male nature to look at a female's butt. Majority of the time they just look at that female's butt because they are attracted to it, and some boys do try to slap it while the girls aren't looking because it makes them look cool because they touched a girl's butt. So whenever a boy looks at your butt just dust it off because they might not be someone you are interested in.
