what should i tell them so they will give me my money back and i buy another game

Did you open it? If you did - tell them that it keeps skipping and you have never had that problem before.
If you didn't- you don't have to have a reason, just tell them you want to exchange it. Assuming that you are going to get another game there.
If you just want money back, you have to have a receipt, or you will get store credit.
Wal-mart exchanges and returns money all the time....they really don't ask too many questions.

Tell them the truth -- that you didn't like it and want to return it. As long as you have a receipt and everything is in good shape, they should take it back.
If you paid with a check, they may give you a store credit card instead of cash. But you'll be able to get the game that you decided you wanted.

Just say "i'd like to return this" if they ask why (which wal mart usually doesnt ask) just say you bought it as gift and the person has an xbox (or something like that) not a playstation. They wont harrass you or anything. If its been opened they just send it back to the company who takes it off their bill or if its unopen it just goes back on their shelves.

if you want to buy another game, they will allow you to exchange youre unwanted game for another one, just bring some money in case there is a price difference

if the game doesnt work.. for sure , return it and just tell them either it was the wrong game or that it doesnt work .. thats about all i can think of
