Can anyone give me some ideas for a science fair that deals with bacterias? Keep in mind this is at a High School Level

I just recently made up a science lab that involves bacteria. Just collect some E. Coli in agar dishes and then test the effectiveness of either household cleaners [i.e. lysol/disinfecting wipes] in killing the bacteria. It's simple and still a good project. good luck

Not sure how much access you have to supplies- but you could do the old standby and grow cultures on plates from various sources- drinking fountain, phone, desk, sneeze, toothbrush, toilet seat, etc...
