i have a pretty new Jackson Dinky, the model with the turbo boost on it, and EMG-HZ humbuckers, recently it has been giving me trouble with the output to the amp, the sound that comes out of the amp, kinda stutters, i have tried using different cables to connect with, and still the same result, and i have tried a different guitar on the same amp, and the sound is fine, so my question is could my input jack on my jackson be faulty, or is it the pickups?

Plug the guitar in and strike a chord. While it's still sounding 'twiddle' the jack plug in the guitar body. If it crackles, the plug or socket is faulty or possibly just dirty. Try some switch cleaner from your local electrical store. A 'dry' solder joint could also be the cause but you'll need to be able to use a soldering iron to fix it yourself.
