if your college engineering classes are literally curved so that a C+/B- is average, what would be considered a stupid grade? could you still get a job/go to grad school if you are getting Bs and B+s? i dont want to go to med school, just like grad school. could i still get into a good grad school eventually?

If your school is well-known for given "lower" grades, admission committees for most grad schools will take that into account

Yes, just work your butt off and do well on your GRE.
