It's pants . I cancelled
The reception fails when it's raining, the box locks up and has to be unplugged to restart and Sky 1 has more adverts than programmes.
They get round the rules on adverts but putting miles of previews in. I once timed 5 minutes of programmes to 9 minutes of adverts and previews. Utter rubbish.

You MAY have temporary problems with the signal BUT only during extreme weather conditions eg. gale force winds, thunderstorms and torrential rain. If the problems occur when weather is not so bad then contact Sky and they will be happy to arrange a service call or attempt to resolve the issue over the phone.

i think everyone has a certain amount of trouble with sky , this is due to the signal being bounced from a satalight to your home , if the atmospheric weather is bad then your signal is bad and often mozacs the screen and interuputs viewing . so your not alone because cable does the same .were being ripped off because you cant get any gureentes from the sky comapny or cable .

Nope, it isn't just you. Sky seems "delicate" when there's a change in the weather. If it's raining or windy I get a message saying "no satellite signal is being received", or it either goes off or the picture goes all jumpy. Sometimes the programme guide disappears!

I am sick of Sky, the slightest show of a bit of rain and wuff, off it goes, thunder and off it goes, wind and off it goes, it drives me crazy, we can't get any of the travel channels on ours, if you do manage it they are all crackling and weird, we had a new box fitted in July too, think its time to get them out again.
