One of my hobbies is the casual study of many sciences. This includes geology and earth sciences.
But I cannot make any sense of this question. I am SURE it is a question because it starts with "Is" and ends with the obligatory question mark. But I do not know what this asker is trying to find out.
I recognize the word "sedimentary" as having to do with the subject. This describes the process of building up material from the settling of small particles onto a stratum. This IS a "slow steady" process. But then what? What "teaching" is involved"
