Iron it to soften the glue & peel it off. Then use goo gone sticky tape & adhesive remover to get the last of it off. Goo gone is at almost any grocery or drugstore.

If you don't like the tweety you shouldn't have bought the jeans. remove it very carefully by using a needle and pick the thread a little at a time. it may leave a small holes. I'd say leave it . Tweety is cool.

Iron On Patch Removal
You should be able to remove an iron on patch by reheating the patch with an iron to warm and loosen the glue. Working from the edges, slowly peel off the patch. You will likely need to re-heat the patch a few times. If any glue residue remains after you get the patch off, you can try rubbing the area with lighter fluid.
