i love working out but my hives are embarassing, they are just little red dots, but i look like i have a disease- what can i do to stop it?

eee- sounds like it could be Lupus. I hope not for your sake.
But before you panic: Put less detergent /softener in your laundry, and/or try different brands.
Also consider the environment you work out in--could be allergic to anything there--moldy air vents, outdoor pollutants., could it be the spas' soap (or yours)
Question: does taking an antihistamine before your work out stop the hives...get where I'm going with this.
then of course, see your doctor if all else fails.

Well it's a common skin allergy- you don't have to take burden on your head.You yourself decided to break out or from the opposite part?When you work out due to atmospheric changes you have the skin allergy-Better consult with your Dermatologist if you have a red Round circles on your skin.Was there any Bad smell comes ut from the skin? You don't have to break out when you are working out!

Try altering your diet in a way that will alter the products excreted by your sweat glands. Try eliminating sugar, caffeine, junk food, fast food, MSG and cold cut meats. All the mentioned substances contain stuff that can come out in your pores.
