my car has been in a chrysler gagage for over 8 months and still not fixed and they only need a abs pump but every time one has been delivered it is faulty.we live in the mountains and it is our only form of transport as no public transport.we are relying on neighbours to help us get our shopping,why won't chrysler give us a straight answer,why do chrysler USA not return calls made to there international call centre (we live in Spain) why can we not find an e/mail address that we can send a protest letter to in the USA.We have sent a letter to the head office in the USA and not had a reply why.why should we or freinds and family or anybody buy a chrysler if this is the service you get why

Why would anyone buy an american car when they live in Europe?

AH, I see they still haven't changed their standards from the 70's. I was a faithful customer buying a new four wheel drive pick up every two years until they pulled that stunt on me! I wouldn't own a Chrysler product if they gave it to me! Might want to reconsider your options in the future!
In my case the parts were right on the shelf fifty miles from my home that I offered to go pick up free of charge and bring back to the dealer fixing my truck! I was told that's not possible because Chrysler doesn't run their warranty program that way! How nice! So I said "********************************"! Can't write here what I told Chrysler-but I think you can fill in the blanks by yourself!!

They are trying to get permission from Germany to ship you a good part.
Maybe, just maybe, it's something the shop is doing that breaks the new part?
Maybe there is more going on tan the shop will admit.

i am a mechanic living in spain to and i get a hell of a lot of cra$ off jeep to so your not the only one!
but try mercades as they now own them!
and all i live up in the mountings (campo) it allways best to have two cars so if anything happens such as this your not stuck.

they need ur money to pay for the wages or ur car is gone i would go and see it their my self

american service and quality is ****!
they wont return calls because they are scared of admititing they are wrong and being liable.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM AMERICA
