What do you mean? Humans who can actually change their physical shape? Humans who change their personality?

I don't think physical shape shifters actually exist, but one never knows... in the realm of the spiritual, such as angels and demons, they most certainly do, if you believe in such things.

As for changing personality... schizophrenia is a mental disorder that might have like effects. Likewise with Multiple personality disorder and Bipolar disorders. All of those are relatively common.
