i don't a want to do alot of ad-ons
but is it better than my socket 370 celeron that is 950 mhz?

Anything is gonna be better then what you currently have. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have PCI-Express slots, but if you're not gonna put alot of addons on it, that shouldn't matter. Besides, you still have the AGP slot for a graphics card if you plan to put on in.
Not bad for the price really. Should be able to upgrade the processor and memory later on if you desire, so not a bad find.

Depends, its only Micro ATX so you cannot really do much in terms of expansion cards. Also its only a celeron. Ide say look elsewhere
