I am a fan of liquid eyeliner. When applied properly it stays all day and doesn't need to be retouched. First, you have to find the perfect eyeliner. I use Lancome Artliner, which is a bit pricey. The cheaper eyeliner I found the works just as good is Mary Kate and Ashley. Apply it underneath your lower lashes. When, you mess up just use a Qtip to correct it. There is no trick to applying perfect eyeliner, it just takes practice, and a good Qtip. Good Luck, you'll have it down before you know it.

okey dokey.

There is a bazillion ways to do your eyeliner.

For example the hook!
In the inside (near your nose) you make a curve.
( Liquid or pencil.)
To do this:
1. Pull you skin tight on the outer side of your eye, it helps it stay closed.
2. Before you do eyeliner on the lower lid, go to the corner where your nose is closest to, and draw a straight line. (weird i know!)
3. Then draw the lower lid,
(THIS LOOK REALLY GOOD, WHEN YOU DO THE TOP LID TO!)
4. Do the top lid. (*optional) Connect it to the line.
5. Now make a point on the bottom lid, not to far from the end point of the line (closest to the nose).
6.Match them together, and fill it in!

I looks uber cool! =]

Another looks is a "whisp" at the end of your eye!
I also think its called Cats eye.

To do this best, liquid eyeliner should be used.

1.Do your eyeliner like normal, top and bottom looks the best.
2. From the end of the bottom line, go outwards for about 2 cm.
3. (I think its e-zer this way, but you can also do it backwards)
From the endpoint of your new line, connect it to the top lid line, and fill it in!

Now you have a pretty pretty whisp!

There are a bunch of other things,
but i do think those are the most unique and pretty!

Well, what has work wonders for me is using wet eyeshadow and a lining brush instead of pencil (just a soft kohl inside eyelids when I want that kind of look).. you can work it starting by the outer corner of your left eye and then you continue with your right eye inner corner through the end.. with little bit of practice you can eye-line them as an expert..

if you're gonna apply it to the top lid, close your eye and pull it across, taunt. (obviously keep the other eye open!) with your spare hand drag the eyeliner across from the inner part of your eye (near the nose) and keep it really close to the eyelashes.

if applying to the lower lid, pull the lower lid down and taunt. drag the eyeliner across the bottom of the lid

hope this helps

practice makes pefect!

Use a super soft pencil like Avon's automatic and draw it as close to the lashes as you can. The idea is to make your lashes look longer, so the line should look like part of the lashes. Then you can smudge it a bit with a Q-tip or not.

Pull the lower lid gently- then apply from inside (inner half) towards the outer corner of the eye.

i use black eye shadow applied with an angle brush. it goes on super smooth and doesn't give a harsh line. also, you can add a little water for some extra drama. to apply, dip the brush in the shaddow and dab it slowly along the lid

Trace the pencil right along your lash line, going up a a little at the outer corner.

i had the same question a few weeks aggo well..

pencil or crayon: hold ur bottom lid wit one finger from ur opposite hand .. and use the hand that ur going to use to apply eyeliner to apply it right above the eyelashes.. or above them - believe me u'll see where to apply it ..

for liquid: u need to concentrate dont think about anything else except for ur eye and the eyeliner make sure that ur balanced..

easy ! buy the revlon long lasting eye liner (i think is 8hr liner) its a pencil.
start at the inner cornner and draw along all the way to the end. smuge with a qtip or a small brush. brown eye liner looks best with most eye colors.
