as quickly as I had merely grew to become 13, my mothers and dads allowed me to have a sixteen 365 days previous boyfriend. He and that i dated 4 years, then broke up. For the mostpart, issues went ok, yet i would not enable MY 13 365 days previous daughter to have a boyfriend, no. listed right here are the excuses: a million.) The pill should be the last resort. There are a number of problems, not least increased risk of breast cancer. It can even out irregular periods but at 13 she's too young and it's best not to interrupt her own process of puberty.
Herbalism can have outstanding, but not instant, results and I'm aware of good results from Homeopathy. These are both natural rather than chemical and will often help to balance other aspect of the patient's health.
Good luck.

Yes, i know adult women with the same problem. Personally, I would giver her a break until she reaches the 12th month of having Aunt Flo visit. Basically she is having trouble adjusting hormones in her system. If that doesn't work, get her nuetered so you can enjoy her a few more years.

I suggest in these periods cut out caffeine ( coke coffee tea) as these are stimulants Take evening primrose or st Johns wart as supplements to the diet avoid squashes with artificial colourings (beta carotene) and lavender aromatherapy baths may also help.

well as well as raging hormone syndrome your daughter is having sever post and pre menstral tension sounds like a trip to your gp with her im affraid . he may be able to suggest a relaxant for her or some sort of stress help . your gp may even suggest a hormone test to see if she needs a replacement to quell the temper out breaks . unfortuanlty its somthing us women have to bear.

it is normal, has a lot to do with hormones. im afraid the bad news is a lot of girls before every period are prone to bad moods. you could try giving her evening primrose oil, as this is natural and is meant to be good for PMT

dont put her on the pill, she's too young to be pumped up with fake hormones,if she will take them try vitamin b6 & evening oil of primrose..if you go into a health food shop they might recommend something else aswell, the doctor will just put her on the pill & that should be your last resort.
