Tomato juice is a rumor, it does not work. We tried it on our doggie who thought he needs to play with a skunk.
But what does work is Hydrogen peroxide which you can buy in any supermarket if you are here in the United States. It actually destroys the chemicals which make up odor. If you got a lot of skunk then it is Soap then hydrogen peroxide then soap again, perhaps repeat.
If it is on white clothes then bleach could be used. Bleach (Clorox) is just not very skin friendly.

Be sure to shower after you soak in the tomato juice.
