Yes, we DO vote here! I cannot think of a case where there ever was a plurality in the Governor's race. If you mean minority parties, then the majority candidate wins. Minor parties never do well under the 2-party system, because they just can't raise the money they need to get their platform known, nor pay for ads for their candidates. I often vote third-party whenever such a candidate really represents my viewpoint.
