who is better to marry with, if there is no a full mutual love inbebween: the girl who loves you ( but you have a normal feeling to him), or the girl who do you love ( but she have have a normal feeling to you)?

I agree that waiting for a mutual love would be best. However, of the two choices offered, I would pick the one I loved, because I know I love her and this means that I may still get her to love me and win her heart. If you don't love the other girl, I don't think you ever will, and this will eventually make you both unhappy.

I think I understand your question... MUTUAL love and respect would be my first choice. However, if I had to pick:
For a MAN, I think it's better to marry someone who loves you. Men are more likely to fall in love later with a person they're attracted to.
For a WOMAN, it's better to marry someone you are in love with. Women are such emotional creatures, most of us need to feel that before we can make a commitment.

well i would say only if its equal and you will know what love is mutally when you find that person don't cheat yourself or even the other person out of a really special union with both of you in total love
