With a cyst there's no telling what will be normal for you to experience. If you're that worried you should call your doctor and move up your appt. Good luck!

It is normal to feel sharp pains on your ovary if you have a cyst. I found out that I was pregnant because of the pain I've felt. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating with severe pain. It is okay to take tylenol for the pain. After a while, the pain reduces. There's not much you can do now, because you're pregnant. Some cyst disappears and some don't. I have a dermoid cyst which will not disappear; instead, after I give birth to my son, I will be scheduling an appointment for a minor surgery to remove the cyst.

Yikes, that's a little scary. Do you have PCOS? Sounds like it to me. Let your obgyn check out your pregnancy and the pain. Hopefully one has nothing to do with the other.

Also, ask the ob about polycystic ovary syndrome.

I had pains like that with my second son, and the Dr. said it was my uterus stretching or something like that. I would follow up on it for sure with the Dr or call the nurse.

I think it is probably normal, it may be your uterus stretching, that's what my dr. told me. It's odd you didn't have stretching pains with your first one, but sometimes they're not noticable.
