Mostly the first time is awkward at best
As you learn , if you really try, and are compatible, you make it better each and every time on average. Both partners need to relaxed and into each other though. Then pay close attention, say what you do and don't like, experiment. If both people are into it, anything goes.

But the next time if you do it w/ someone close and you love it can be
