Well, Achilles had his vulnerable tendon, King David was led around by his lust, and Alexander...I guess he had some temptations, but he had no obvious vulnerability. So get a naked lady in a bath with a bow and arrow. She'd shoot Achilles in the heel, David would be too busy seducing her and killing her husband, and Alexander would win.

Achilles was the only demi-god among the 3. Alexander had the largest empire. Of course David was the chosen of the Big G God. Who knows - perhaps it's a question that may never be answered!
