I am 5'11'' and around a size 10. I want a cute dress that won't be more than $40 max and not too over the top fancy.. I think we are going out to a nice resturaunt and then something else... I also want a store that I can actually go to- not online! Thanks in advance!

Recommendation...find the dress, size, color in a store, then go online. This would make it so much cheaper!
Do you live around a Gordman's, Macy's or even Target? You can fine some really cute reasonably priced clothes.

You are a good middle of the road size. I recommend stores like Forever 21- Trendy, cute stuff for uber cheap.
