Some of the stains you mention may actually be etched into the glass and can not be removed.
Do you use a rinse aid?

Get a bottle or basket of rinse agent to add to your dishwasher.
Some dishwashers have a compartment for rinse agent liquid to be poured into it and it works with the main wash.
If your dishwasher doesnt have such a compartment, there are some sold in sets of two's as little baskets which hang on the dishwasher rack and do the same thing.

Purchase a bottle of "lemi-shine". Follow directions
on the bottle. Will clean the dishwasher AND the glasses.
If the stain remains it is probably etched in the glass.
In that case, buy new glasses.

there are some tablets that prevent the salt from water to stay on glasses but u have to use them constantly. For those that have already lots of stains try soaking them during the night into warm water with a bit of soap and lot of vinegar. but then u will have to look after them to avoid salt again.
