media player?

when i want to download ,a movie clip from the internet, using windows media player, it downloads the clip with sound, but no picture.
will accept any help regarding this problem.

go to microsoft.com and on the left panel click microsoft updates and then click custom and install all the updates

You may need to download a the necessesay video codec. Check which one you need and google search for it is easy.
