Absolutely. During the night (and really most of the cells of the plant all the time), leaf cells can't carry out photosynthesis, but they still need to produce ATP. Consequently, they break down glucose by glycolysis and catabolize it to carbon dioxide and water just like your cells do. People often forget that plant cells have mitochondria, too.

plants do not produce carbon dioxide, they take in carbon dioxide that we breath out during the day and turns it into food for the plant (glucose) and oxygen. plants also USE carbon dioxide for cellular respiration.
