Well, you're pretty lucky because all colors of eyeliner go well with black eyes. Black eyeliner makes black eyes look really intense. Brown eyeliner softens the eyes up a little. Charcoal eyeliner gives the eyes a bit of a smoky effect, which is cool with black eyes. It just depends on how intense you want your eyes to look.

Black at the top, black under the eye and white on the bottom above your lashes, it will highlight the eye.
smudge the eye liner on the top lid slightly to give it a smokey look

Well, it depends on the outfit and also on the tone of your skin.
I love using black eyeliner, but my colour eyes are greenish.
Black goes well with everything but depending on what you wear, I also enjoy the green eyeliner with black eyes.

You could tell who ever is punching you to stop then you wouldnt have black eyes, if that is not possible I guess it would depend an whether or not you are experiencing any swelling, or other discoloration, a darker purple would go well, or maybe a teal or turquois.

Black, to emphasize them, or navy to make black eyes look lighter. Blue brings dark eyes out. They look deeper.

chestnut brown brings out hazel eyes very good, and if you go to the department store there is a brand that sells eyeshadows and eyeliners for different eye colors to enhance them.
