Make sure she gets a DNA test done as soon as the baby is born. If she goes to court they will ask for this anyway. If she can not afford an attorney the state will appoint her one. He is a "boy" who thinks he has no resposibility. The judge will not be too kind to that way of thinking.

Contact an attorney as his next eighteen years are going to be very busy for him what with the child support payments and all.

this happens to many girls/women, its sad but true. your freind needs to keep her head up. she will be a new mother and she has to stay strong for her baby. she will love the baby and be thankful for the baby. and she also needs to get this guy for child support, no matter what he needs to learn to pay for what he does. whatever happens help her through this its not that bad as long as she has good friends.
