Okay, so I was kicked off ebay for 'being associated with a suspended user', no idea what they are talking about. I've tried emailing, etc. I never get an answer. It's been a few months. I need to get back on because that was my income! So, this isn't right of them.
Anyways, I recently got a brand new computer...so it would have a different IP address than my old computer (w/ the suspended name). Will they be able to know it's me? If they see that IP, will there be a note next to it with my home address or name or anything? Would they be able to find out it was me?

If you have already tried to create a new account with Ebay and that didn't work then you can try these:

If you are allowed more than one computer hookup with your ISP then you can leave your old computer hooked up and hook up your new computer and then your new computer will have a different IP address.

If not, ask your ISP if they can assign you a new IP address. If they can't or won't then you will have to get a new ISP or disconnect with your ISP and then get it hooked up again at another time.

The IP address is in your Internet connection. If you hook up your new computer to the same connection that you were using for your old computer, your IP address will be the same.

Your ip is NOT related to your pc an ip is assigned from your ISP most likely you have a dynamic IP, if you were asked by your ISP to put in a specific number containing .s your ip will remain the same, what you are thinking that will change with your is your "mac address" which is also used to track a persons computer which WILL be different on a different machine. Unless you have a static IP you should be fine.

Change you ISP provider and make sure you set up a new bank account for your online business. You may also need to change your shipping address. Otherwise, you should be fine, but it will take you some time to return to the level you once were.

I would offer to help you, but I dont want to help further scams on ebay. I am not saying that you were involved with one, but thats usually why they suspend accounts. I would contact ebay via phone at the number below and ask them directly.
