The captain on a hockey group has quite a few roles: - many times, the captain is the chief of the gang. A captain could nicely be an somewhat vocal chief, or a extra quiet chief who produces great effects. it is likewise substantial for a captain to decide the morale of the gamers on the gang because of the fact it incredibly is not any longer uncomplicated for a coach to try this. - purely the Capatain and Assistant captains are allowed to speak to the referees. you will word once you watch an NHL interest that when there is an argument a pair of call, you will purely see the Captain or Assistant Captains chatting with the refs. - If the gang has an argument with the practise group, the captain could be the liason between the practise group and the gang (as somebody else above suggested)

Put it this way: you should probably stick to the non-verbal and visual kind.
Definitely stay away from the written. Not your forte.
