They all pardon their buddies, its silly, but I bet all of us would pardon our buddies if we could.

Politicians are notorius for being crooks -- Wouldn't you want to invent a bill that makes you and all yor friends innocent from previously commited crimes?

I don't know,but I want to say it should be abolished. Clinton pardoned everyone but Charles Manson. Charles had no money.
