Everytime I try to run reports in work, I get a blank page with a small white box with a red X in the top left hand corner. Any ideas? thanks

OS is Windows XP, the software is called Kana (Customer Relationship Management software) the box is tiny and when i click on 'View' to launch a report, it take a form of a small white box with a blue triangle, green circle and red square which quickly turns into a white box with just a red x. Have tried a few things with installing the latest adobe flash a dn playing around with active x control but to no avail

I get a white box with a red x in the corner on web pages when an image is missing on the server - so it probably represents a image and the file is missing or in the wrong place.

Sounds like a broken link icon, as if you've entered a link to a sub document that isn't available. But agree with others, more info needed.

You need to tell us much more than that.
What system, what software, where the box is and how big it is, if there are any error messages, etc etc etc
