HAVE CONFIDENCE. Number one thing.. if you exude that then he will notice... unless he's a jerk Don't dress SLUTTY but dress to impress... tighter things might help I guess.

Have you seen the movie; Memoirs of a Geisha?
Just a slight showing of the wrist will peak his interest.
So show him a side of you little by little, just enough to
peak his interest.
And if that doesn't work after while, just say hello to him in the hall, every so often. Then when the time is right ask him if he going to ___________. If not, invite him. Then invite some more friends so he doesn't feel pressure.

When around him be confident and outgoing. Try not to be too shy and smile a lot. Guys dont usually like really shy and super independent girls when there with their friends. But dont over do it, that could get annoying

You sould become friends first and then slowly start to show your curves.Were really HOT tops and low ride jeens.If you don't were makup you should.Just put on a little blush,lip stick,eye shadow and maskcara.

geez ask the guy out! i mean almost al the guys i know are too embarrased to ask girls out (at least i am) so if you dont, and he never does, befor you konw, heel be taken.

you should just hang around him more, and get to know him. after a while he'll realise that you like him and it should all fall into the right spots!
