look it up use crafts hobbies outdoor several search words with the word brick.
here's two:
door stopper.
crafters knit ot crochet or otherwise make covers forthem.
paint bookends
This project-- painting a brick-- is pretty much the epitome of a simple craft: almost anyone can do it, and no special patterns or materials are required. Younger kids can simply paint abstract designs, while older kids may want to create detailed characters, geometric patterns, or wintry landscapes.

Doorstop (well, that is pretty conventional)
to keep bacon flat while it's frying
Tie it up in rags and call it a doll--I'm sure somewhere someplace sometime some little girl had to do just that to have a doll.
paint it so the brick becomes an object d'arte
In New Orleans around 1900 women used ground up brick to scrub the stoops of their houses
heat a brick and fry eggs on it
put it in your toilet tank so less water is needed to fill the tank (once again this is not that unusual)
two bricks=one pair of bookends
Is that enough for right now?

How about using a brick as a chalk for tires - like, if you're parked on a hill and you need to make sure that your car doesn't roll away - use a brick to chalk the wheels!
Also, how about as a doorstop/decoration? I have a key stone that is painted white and is dressed like a snowman. I put it in front of my door when the door is open and the screen door is closed to look nice, and to keep the door from slamming shut if the wind blows through the house (I hate it when that happens). It's cute!
you could also use a brick with the three holes in it (some bricks are like that) as a paperweight/pencil/pen holder - or do something else decorative with the holes in the brick - like put silk flowers in them, or something like that.
Anyway, just a few thoughts. If I come up with anything else, I'll let you know!
Good luck!

Everybody has said door stop, the first thing that comes to mind but actually if you got really creative a brick could become a really pretty ornament.
You could cover it with mirrors (mosaic tiling mirrors) or simply paint a mosaic design on it.
You could cover it with marbles or if really got an imagination how about turning it into a game, like one with a maze or cover it with something magnetic and then play solitare on it if can get some little magnetic balls to stick to it.
If you had two bricks, and did them perfectly identical but opposite and included a mirror on each one one side they could then become an attractive piece reflecting each other, complimenting each other too.
You could create something ornamental and useful at the same time and paint/decorate and then add a few hooks to hang your keys on, or little notes
Many ideas could come from a brick, good luck

using it on a scale to measure the weight of another item. This was used in ancient times. Making large domino chains. Making large domino's. For sculpture with weird angles everywhere. Making a brick Christmas tree. Make a brick automobile. A brick airplane (wouldn't get off the ground but you could use it as a statue or monument).

Fix a piece of string to the ceiling.
tie a brick at the bottom,1 foot from the floor.
make sure it is balanced and straight.
write 'DOWN' in big letters on the underside of the brick.
(this can be done before it is tied to the string if you wish).
An arrow pointing up is optional.
That only gets rid of one of them though I'm afraid.
Reckon your friends might like a precision instrument like that too?

Use bricks to line the outer edges of your flower garden. You can also lay them in the ground where the solid side is up for a small walk way. you can use bricks for several out side projects.

It can be used to weigh something down, as a doorstop, smashing cockroaches with, and as a prop to hold a window open
