Before you can correct something you need to determine the cause. You say your health is poor. Is it something that you are in the process of correcting. Could that have some bearing of the diarrhea problem? Do you have an intestinal infection, or yeast, emotional problems that need to be taken into consideration? Not knowing the details the safest remedy would be yogurt and oatmeal to increase the bacterial count in the gut and the fiber of oatmeal to bulk up. Good luck!

Get a good high quality probiotic supplement and take it. Take a high potency multiple vitamin with minerals. You might try taking Psyllium. It actually helps in some cases of loose stools. Finally, get some Peppermint Plus or equivalent and try it (1-2 capsules between meals on an empty stomach). It is very helpful in IBS for controlling diarrhea.
Good luck!
(Go see a Gastroenterologist if your problem persists).

see your doctor, it may be caused my one or more of you current medical conditions or medications. eat rice and bananas and cheese. these should help to soak up extra water. but if this don't help i would seriously talk to your doctor. maybe and anti-diaretic may help. make sure you drink something like keyolecrolite (tastes way better than pedialiyte) to make sure you don't dehydrate.

I had the same problem and it was caused my a medication I was on. see you doctor before you stop any medications. the problem may stick around for awhile after you stop the medication but will go away eventually.

Well i would hope you have gone to the Doctor for this problem.
Make sure you keep fluids in you, so you dont get dehydrated.
And find out Why you have such bad diareah.
There are over the counter meds as well....immodium is one i can think of off the top of my head.

Are you taking a lot of antibiotics?? That would be a likely cause of the squirts. Try Kaopectate or Immodium AD....both are good.

I would just like to add that imodium is not a cure, its a temporary measure, not to be used for prolonged periods of time. It basically paralyses your tubing (the lower end of it) and overusing it may lead to a situation where it just won't restart. Please see a doctor instead of self-medicating.
