Does any one know how to share more than one calendar in Outlook?

Yes. First, if several people are wanting to share their calendars, it's just a matter of each one sharing their calendar. If you, personally, want to have several calendars that you are sharing, just go to public folders, create a new folder, specify it as "calendar items". Poof! A new, shared calendar. Create as many as you like.
