I follow and check out most leagues for standings. However, my loyalties are to the WCHA and the 2006 NCAA Champion Wisconsin Badgers! There is nothing greater than a sold out Kohl Center for Badger Hockey. None of this 5,6 or 7,000 fan stuff. The Badgers bring 14,000 to the house.

I also find it ironic that Minnesota Gopher fan can't even spell their own state on a previous post. I am still laughing......is that worth honors at the U of Minn? LOL

One is above all the others: the WCHA. It's a higher level of competition and a higher level of hockey. And more of the players from our schools make it to the NHL.
For example: in 2004-2005 in the Frozen 4 all the teams were WCHA. That never happened before that they were all from the same conference.

i pay attention to all of the college hockey leagues also. i played jrs and i have a lot of friends playing college hockey.

I follow all of them because all of them have players that played junior hockey in the USHL. I root for the Des Moines Buccaneers...but......
