depends. If you are just "toussling" the hair, it feels playful
If you slowly run your fingers through it, it becomes sensual.
Also, giving your man a scalp massage will have him feeling great. Its not something everyone thinks of doing, but its nice. Have him give you one too

And it's a bonus if she knows how to give scalp massages. That can relieve so much stress and head aches.
