this (sick) friend of mine went to an internet cafe and he saw that poor girl left her msn open. he managed to access her email(hotmail) account using msn. then he changed her password(both msn and hotmail changes). he just gave me that girl's account. there are many people on her contacts list, i wanna give her account back now, but how do i give her the new password? i dont wanna tell everybody in her contact list that she got her msn account stolen. because it will be shameful for this poor girl.

From MSN's abuse page:

"To receive help with your Hotmail account, sign-in to your account and click the "Help" link in the upper right hand corner. Here you will find a list of our most recent customer questions and a comprehensive library of self-help articles. If you can’t find what you need using our Help system, you can submit a question using our support form and we'll respond to you within 24 hours."

I'd recommend logging into the owner's Hotmail account and using the help system to report this problem. It's possible the support staff have a way of getting in touch with the owner and resetting her password so she can get her account back.

Thanks for doing the right thing, and let your friend know that this sort of cruelty is nothing but a hassle for everyone involved.

See if she has an alternate email mentioned in her hotmail account settings. Send an email on that email account

she should be able to reset the password herself by answering the security question.

Ask her MSN contacts if they have her alternate email.
