depending on who they are i will say yes or not, am work whit hundreds of investors over the years and while is truth the they will buy your house is also thruth the they will pay you as little as they can there bussiness is profeting from resale you home so if you contact them don't expect to get any profit at all. you may want to contact a real state egent instead, they almos always have buyers looking for properties. good luck

It would really depend on the situation. If you are just looking to sell quickly and don't care about the sales price, then those buyers may be a good option. However, they usually don't pay what you owe on the property, so you'll end up having to pay something to your mortgage company even after you sell the property.

Also, every representative of these companies are going to be more or less trustworthy than others. Just make sure you put together a deal that is in your best interests. You don't want to sell the house and find that you have to pay your mortgage company tens of thousands of dollars to complete the sale.

They will be offering you way less that it is worth I'll bet.
I would not bother with them at all.

About 25 years ago I got the house durring a nasty divorce and I had a hard time comming up with the payment.

I advertised room for rent and found a professional who was hardly ever there and always paid me. It saved my house from foreclosure.

I haven't used any of them but I heard they only offer .50 on the dollar of the value of the property.

You NEVER want to trust someone who can benefit from your loss. But it doesn't hurt to listen to what they offer and then check out whether what they offer is worthwhile.
