I am 26 years old, since i was about 13 i got spots on my nose, like pimples. I popped them as you would expect but the thing is after 13 years, i still have bumps on my nose, they are not spots that are popable, so when i squeze, nothing comes out, i have tried many creams and face washes etc, nothing makes it blend, are there any suggestions of how to get rid of this so called spots, i feel that it has really decrease my chances with the ladies, please help?

Your dermatolagist would be the best person to get them removed. From what I know they can probably use laser technolegy adn it shouldn't hurt too much.
